This is a Female Universal Connector Charge Adapter.
One end has female terminals with a male plastic shell (male Futaba J type),
the other has male terminals with female plastic shell (female 2-pin BEC).
This is used for some Futaba Transmitters batteries with the male terminals
and a female plastic shell (female Futaba J) connector.
